Poll: Germans not ready to earn less because of changes in environmental policy Fox News

62% of respondents said they would not accept a job with lower pay. 15 percent don’t care. More than half of the respondents are ready to acquire a new specialty or move into another field. Less than a quarter of Germans are willing to move for a new job.

In general, workers in Germany support the transition to zero emissions and cleaner production. 59% of respondents think this process should be accelerated. However, for almost a quarter of them, this is not the country’s main problem.
It is important for the population to reduce social inequalities, ensure equal access to jobs and increase the security of personal information. Regarding environmental policy, German workers believe that politicians should coordinate their actions with manufacturers.
