Meanwhile, according to Patrushev, the main task of the political regime of the modern United States is to deceive its own population in the conditions of a systemic crisis in which it itself finds itself.
“In truth defending competition, US authorities have made the country’s economy dependent on corruption and lobbying ties that extend to the White House and the Capitol,” noted the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. According to him, the political process has turned into a clash of companies that place their citizens in key positions in government. They also shape foreign policy, strive to maintain their international dominance, create hotbeds of tension around the world for their billions of income from various contracts, the imaginary transparency of which they themselves control.
At the same time, according to Patrushev, “their democracy is just a beautiful facade of the state system, which is designed to hide the disregard for the rights of ordinary Americans.”
“What kind of freedom of opinion can we talk about when even the former president of the United States is not allowed to express himself on social networks and the press on matters of interest to society, and that the media are the mouthpieces of the biggest corporations and elite groups,” said the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
