“Terrorist methods tried to control citizens, oppressed them for national and religious reasons, suppressed people even for their neutral attitude towards everything Russian,” Patrushev stressed.
These circumstances, he said, still have a negative impact on the operational situation in the new regions.
“With the help of the United States and its allies, Kiev is stepping up terrorist activity. There is a high level of serious and particularly serious crimes committed by accomplices of the Kiev regime.
