Lawyer Isaev recommended that Russians not be beaten in the face in response to an insult

According to lawyer Leonid Isaev, a citizen can fall under any of the four articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the publication reported. NEWS.ru .The lawyer noted that if this turns out to prove the fact of the insult, then it will only be a mitigating factor. It is still impossible to completely avoid responsibility.According to the lawyer, instead of physical violence, it would be more reasonable to take action to repair the offense on the part of the opponent.
