The family of actor Tom Sizemore have released a statement on the actor’s condition after he suffered a brain hemorrhage 10 days ago.
He says there is no hope of recovery for the actor and the family is now making a decision on end-of-life treatment.
The actor, best known for his roles in films such as Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down and Pearl Harbor, suffered a brain hemorrhage at his Los Angeles home on February 18 and was later admitted to intensive care where it remained heavy.
“Doctors informed his family that there was no hope and advised them to make a decision on end-of-life treatment.” The family is now making a decision regarding this treatment and a further statement will be released on Wednesday,” the actor’s rep said in a statement to media.
“We wish the family peace during this difficult time and would like to express our gratitude for the hundreds of messages, support and prayers that have been received. It has been a difficult time for them.”
