Travel blogger Alexei Kutovoy talked about the difference between Russian and European tourists. Russians prefer to lie on the beach instead of discovering new places during their holidays.
Aleksey said that European travelers prefer active leisure, they visit several countries at once. Kutovoy thinks that many more impressions remain from such a trip.
The blogger said Russians choose to lie on the beach for weeks and not participate in activities – that’s how they relax from work.
“In general, I understand this position… However, time passes very quickly, and all that remains in my memory after two weeks of rest is only a small piece of another country, which I call a “tourist booking”, the blogger concluded.
The blogger said that in Thailand, Russians often choose luxury hotels and villas. Europeans rent hostels and travel with backpacks.
