State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said that the State Duma Council discussed the issue of Russia’s payment of contributions to the budget of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation.
Consequently, it was decided to suspend the payment of contributions for the current year and to credit for this year the contribution paid in 2022.
