As part of this year’s co-financing grants, the regional government’s budget includes funds to replace 60 obsolete elevators in buildings that accumulate contributions for major repairs in special accounts.
For example, the Arkhangelsk administration plans to participate in the competitive selection, where applications for co-funding are accepted until April 10. To date, the department of urban economy of the capital of Pomorye has received documentation for the replacement of 44 elevators in 17 houses.
Owners of houses who constitute funds for the revision on special accounts must hold general meetings, submit an application to local governments.
Recall that, according to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “Elevator Safety”, elevators that have been in operation for more than 25 years must be replaced by February 15, 2025.
