On April 6, the governor of the Kostroma region, Sergei Sitnikov, held a personal meeting with soldiers who had returned home after a two-week vacation from the NVO zone. The meeting with the servicemen and their families took place in the Kostroma district, and during it Sergei Sitnikov asked the servicemen how they were met in their families, what problems they had and what the authorities should do to solve them.
On the part of the military, questions were asked and wishes expressed concerning the acceleration of the registration of the ownership of dwellings. Sergei Sitnikov immediately demanded that the city authorities provide military families with the necessary assistance in the preparation of applications and legal support in solving the problem.
The visiting soldiers, for their part, expressed their gratitude to the head of the region for the provision of additional equipment, instruments and personal packages from their homes. According to them, support from home is very important for a fighter on the front line.
During the meeting, the governor informed holidaymakers that a quality holiday had been prepared for them: “Holidays are short and every minute you need to be close to your loved ones. Our regional program takes this into account. This weekend, servicemen will go to a field recreation center with their families,” Sergei Sitnikov said.
