Today, Friday, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, congratulated Muslims on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
Guterres said – in a tweet via his Twitter account -: "I extend my warmest wishes to everyone celebrating Eid al-Fitr".
added: "The spirit of solidarity, community (the one), compassion and sympathy in these celebrations inspires each and every one of us.. Eid Mubarak!".
