Bike whisperer Bjartmar Leósson is single again. But he and his girlfriend, Harpa Dögg, broke up after about a year of dating.
A year ago, Bjartmar reported that he had taken a break from volunteer work he had undertaken years before, where he sniffed out and rescued stolen and lost bikes, e-bikes and scooters.
It was in August that he explained his decision and said that it could be attributed to the fact that he had a crush on Harpa and that she had all his heart.

That relationship has now run its course, but Bjartmar writes today:
“I jumped straight into the deep pool with this one for approx. a year ago. Wife, three kids, another country, all on one board. Of course, that came with a lot of challenges of all kinds that we still managed to work with and solve and managed to have a really good time in the middle of it all.
But these challenges and these children in the turbulent sea of life still took their toll and now we have to navigate our own way.
Thank you for this amazing year dear Harpa Dögg.”
