As nutritionist Elena Solomatina explained, pea, mushroom and bean soups are quite difficult to digest. It can cause discomfort.
Heavy soups, especially those made with beef, can dramatically raise cholesterol levels, which most older people already struggle with.
And the specialist also recommends refraining from hodgepodge, in which many different meat ingredients are kneaded, including sausages and meat.
“It’s hard enough to digest. Even all healthy people cannot digest it, and the elderly – even more so, ”concluded the doctor.
