The new opening timetable for Austria provides for restaurants and cafes to be in operation from mid-May. As the government announced in Vienna on Tuesday, there will be an upper limit for the number of guests depending on the size of the guest room, employees must wear masks, the curfew is at 11 p.m.

Schools should also gradually start teaching again if the infection numbers remain low from May 15th. Preparations for the final exams could begin there on May 4th. Offices are expected to reopen from mid-May. Services should be possible if the distance rules are observed.

The Quarantine for popular ski areas in Tyrol are also lifted. The Paznauntal, St. Anton and Solden will be accessible again from Thursday, said Governor Gunther Platter on Tuesday. The reason for this was the low number of new infections.
