Argentina: Gines Gonzalez Garcia announced “The new diagnostic test achieves the result in an hour and a quarter”

During a conference at the Olivos presidential residence, the Minister of Health of the Nation, Gines Gonzalez Garcia, assured today that with the new diagnostic tests for coronaviruses approved by Anmat “the result can be obtained in an hour and a quarter.”

Likewise, the official stressed that the system is so simple “that it can be done with less qualified people and in a decentralized way.”

On the other hand, during the conference, the Minister of Science and Technology, Roberto Salvarezza, affirmed that the two quick kits approved by Anmat “will allow 150,000 determinations in approximately one month” to test the entire population.
