WHO predicts “destructive” second wave of coronavirus

The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned of the risk of a second wave of coronavirus infection COVID-19. This was stated by the Director of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Hans Kluge.

“The second wave is not inevitable, but more and more countries are removing the restrictions, there is a clear threat of a second surge in COVID infection, if these surges are not stopped, the second wave can come and it can become very destructive,” Kluge said during an online briefing.
