Pelosi – We have decided to continue the session of the Congress tonight

In a letter to colleagues, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that congressional leaders had decided to resume a joint session tonight to confirm the victory of newly elected President Joe Biden after the Capitol was “approved for use,” CNN reported .

As a reminder, the session of both houses of Congress was interrupted today after the supporters of the outgoing US President Donald Trump (Trump) stormed the Capitol Hill building and stopped confirming Biden’s victory in the elections.
