Alarming – A magnitude 4.7 earthquake shakes Turkey after Croatia

At 20:53 our time, Turkey was hit by an earthquake of magnitude 4.7 on the Richter scale.

According to the Euromediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), the epicenter was 25 kilometers northwest of the city of Kirikkale, with a population of 211,000, and 43 kilometers east of Ankara.

The earth’s climate is affected by a lot of factors. Earlier , an earthquake felt in Zagreb too. In the month of December 2020, an earthquake hits Croatia and a few casualties were also recorded. The 6.4-magnitude earthquake occurred 10 kilometers deep and was also felt in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, and other areas of Central Europe.
