Sudan: half a meter before the flood from Nile

The levels of the Nile in Khartoum were 16.04 meters, to keep the flood level 16.50 meters less than half a metre, according to a statement by the Flood Committee of the Sudanese Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources.
