The United States today put on its blacklist sanctions against the financial manager of Russian President Vladimir Putin and a company from Monaco that offers luxury yachts to the Moscow elite. Thus, the United States increased the pressure due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine .
Washington has hit sanctions on “Sergei Roldugin”, described as “Putin’s mediator”, Roldugin’s wife, opera singer Elena Mirtova, and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharov, as well as several large yachts Putin is said to be interested in, the US Treasury Department said.
This is not the final list of new sanctioned persons.
