WhatsApp will soon stop working on some older iPhones.

More precisely, as WABetaInfo writes, WhatsApp plans to “discontinue support for some iOS versions in the next few months: iOS 10 and iOS 11,” and added that the exact date is October 24.

Users of these versions of the iOS operating system will have to switch to iOS 12, and owners of the iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S will have to do the same.

However, iPhone 5 and iPhone 5C models are not compatible with the iOS 12 system, which means that after October 24, their owners will not be able to use WhatsApp at all.
