Malysheva identified a number of hidden signs of heart disease

Swelling and shortness of breath can indicate a serious heart problem. This was stated by the doctor and TV presenter Elena Malysheva on the First Channel.

With poor heart function, the blood begins to stagnate and goes to the legs, forming edema. If a person experiences both problems, there is a high probability of developing heart failure with all the ensuing consequences.

In this case, you should immediately consult a cardiologist. Doctors will need to perform an ultrasound of the patient’s heart, after which it will not be difficult to establish a diagnosis and prescribe treatment.

Eating habits can help strengthen the heart. Cardiologist Kaustubh Dabhadkar urged people to consume more omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in fish.
