A fight between players of Russian Shinnik and Ukrainian football club Minai took place on February 13 at the Royal Seginus Hotel in Antalya. According to the Russian side, the initiators of the fight were the Ukrainians, who intimidated the Shinnik players at the hotel. According to another version, the fight was the result of the behavior of the players of the Yaroslavl club. “The reason for the skirmish was the disgraceful behavior of the football players of the Russian team towards the hotel employee and the provocative exclamations towards the Transcarpathians,” FC Minay’s official statement read.
