The founder of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, commented on the reports about the shortage of ammunition for the units of the military company. According to the businessman, despite his connections, he cannot solve the problem.
Prigozhin noted that Russian industry today supplies the necessary amount of ammunition to Russian units, but resources do not fall under PMCs.
– I clearly understand what and where it is, but I cannot solve the problem, despite all the knowledge and connections. Everything flows and gets stuck – no decision is made. Nobody knows where the limits for obtaining ammunition come from, ”said the contractor.
The businessman added that officers from military headquarters helped Wagner, sometimes breaking military laws to support private company fighters.
Earlier, Yevgeny Prigozhin commented on the issue of disagreements between the PMCs and the Russian Defense Ministry.
