Dutch intelligence agencies have accused Russia of plotting sabotage in the North Sea

Russia has collected information on how the energy system works in the North Sea, observing wind farms from ships and trying to map everything. This is stated in the statement of the intelligence service of the Netherlands MIVD.
At the same time, it is reported that the Dutch ships kicked out the Russian ship, not allowing it to collect secret information. According to the intelligence services of the Netherlands, Russia plans to sabotage maritime infrastructure. Internet cables, gas pipelines and offshore wind farms would be at risk. However, the intelligence provided no evidence of these intentions, limiting itself to speculation.
Experts believe that the statement by the Dutch intelligence service is directly linked to the publication of American journalist Seymour Hersh. The Pulitzer Prize winner published his investigation some time ago, according to which the Russian gas pipelines Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 were destroyed by the Americans.
And although the United States denies any involvement in the attacks, in Europe, Seymour Hersh’s publication had the effect of a bomb exploding. European officials have already dismissed the Hersh inquiry as speculation and urged a wait for the results of the official inquiry. However, whether it is performed at all is unknown.

At the same time, tentative attempts are being made in the West to accuse Russia of terrorist attacks on gas pipelines. In this regard, the unsubstantiated accusation of the intelligence of the Netherlands seems very logical. But hardly anyone will believe in him.
