On February 21, Vladimir Putin delivers a message to the Federal Assembly. This is his first speech in Parliament since the start of the military operation in Ukraine. What the Russian President said – in the material of RTVI.
Putin began his message by saying that now is “a difficult and significant time for our country”. Irreversible changes are taking place in the world, and each of us has a “colossal responsibility”; Donbass believed and expected Russia to “come to the rescue”. The Russian authorities will “step by step solve the tasks ahead of us.” Before the start of the military operation, Kiev was negotiating with the West, trying to obtain nuclear weapons, while the United States and NATO deployed their bases and secret biological laboratories near Russia’s borders.
