The Head of State announced the message today, February 21. And he offered to create a state fund that would provide assistance to the families of dead fighters.

In addition, the President intends to restore the system of training specialists in universities within 4-6 years. Putin also announced an increase in the minimum wage from next year to 19,242 rubles.

In conclusion, the Head of State announced that Russia was suspending its participation in the strategic and offensive arms reduction treaty.
