In the area of ​​a special military operation in Ukraine, a soldier of the Russian army Yevgeny Sashchikov from Sukhoi Log, Sverdlovsk region died. The sad news was reported by the city administration on the VKontakte social network.

On February 24, a special military operation began on the territory of Ukraine, the main objectives of which are the demilitarization and denazification of the country. According to Russian leader Vladimir Putin, this step is necessary to protect the inhabitants of the Donbas republics and ensure the security of the Russian Federation.
