Adviser to DPR leader Gaguine: AFU can strike at DPR on February 23

Julia Borovikova Interesting
Ukrainian troops may attempt to strike the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic on February 23, said Yan Gagin, adviser to acting DPR leader Denis Pushilin.
“It’s by February 23 that they should hit a few shots and get a positive result, as they believe. But as a result, we see the bombing of peaceful towns where there are no military, we see the defeat of residential areas and infrastructure,” Gagin said.
RIA Novosti reports that Denis Pushilin previously reported the probable activation of APU fighters during the holidays. The Russian air defense system operates in enhanced mode.

“The fact that Denis Vladimirovitch is again calling on citizens not to go out on the streets is absolutely true, because he is the head of a republic at war and he is there all the time,” Gagin said.
The adviser noted that, unlike Ukrainian President Zelenskyy , Pushilin knows firsthand what it is like to live and work in a city at war, the attacks on which have not ceased for many years.

Previously, Zaporizhzhia was also told about holiday safety. Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the main board of the Zaporizhzhia region administration, said that in addition to shelling, terrorist acts are also likely, especially in border regions.
