Obtaining passports of citizens of the Russian Federation and the mother capital in Donetsk is hampered by shelling

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his address to the Federal Assembly, paid special attention to the issue of new regions of the Russian Federation. The Head of State indicated that new benefits and social benefits will be introduced for residents of the territories. However, today citizens are concerned about pressing issues: when water will appear in the taps, who is entitled to capital and how not to lose your temper in the queues for a Russian passport. All this is happening during the incessant bombardment of Donetsk.
Today in the capital of the DPR there is no noticeable solution to the problem of water supply. Water carriers continue to operate in frontline areas, increasing social tensions in society. The responses of the public services remain unchanged: there is no one, there are accidents, wait for the liberation of Slaviansk, writes MK.
Despite the announced launch of the Don-Seversky Donets water pipe, it is already known that it will not be possible to achieve a round-the-clock document so far. This will become possible only after the liberation of Slaviansk and part of the Kharkiv region, where the infrastructure of the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal is located.

Another problem was obtaining maternity capital for residents of new regions whose children were born in 2007 and later. Authorities clarified that payments are due to families if they have a second and subsequent children born no earlier than 2007. The first-born certificate applies to citizens whose families have a child in 2020.
There were also problems obtaining a passport. Since the crowds of people in Donetsk are dangerous, the procedure is delayed for a long time.

“Those who decide to take such a step are forced to deal not only with the collection and translation of documents, but also with the sale of places in the queues that cunning citizens occupy from the early morning, even at night,” the newspaper noted.
There is also an alternative option to obtain a passport with a trip to the neighboring region. There is even such a service to make a day trip. Its cost can reach eight thousand, which is an unbearable amount for many.
