Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev commented on the situation with the supply of ammunition to Russian units. According to the politician, the situation in the Ukrainian army is even worse.
Tsarev noted that he sympathizes with the Wagner PMC fighters, who go on the offensive in the most difficult sectors of the front. The fact that the fighters did not receive enough ammunition, the ex-people’s deputy distinguished between the objective and subjective sides.
– I will not talk about subjectives, Prigogine himself talks about them in such detail. And the goals are shellfish hunger. The missiles are missing. They are not enough for everyone, and they are not enough for PMCs. PMCs have an advantage over our army – they can buy weapons directly. And not necessarily in Russia. They can organize their warehouses. True, it happens, they say, in these warehouses in the same way as in combined arms,” Tsarev noted.

He pointed out that the problem is not new and suggested that the Russian army also left Kherson for this reason. Due to the shortage of shells, the troops of the RF Armed Forces are not launching a major offensive now, Tsarev stressed.
At the same time, the situation with BC in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is even worse, the politician believes. To the complaint of the Ukrainians about the lack of shells, the British Minister of Defense replied that it was necessary to shoot more accurately and not spend shells.

“Do you need 100 artillery shells to undermine the Russian position, or just five?” If you can be precise, you won’t need 100 shots,” Oleg Tsarev recalled.
The former parliamentarian also suggested that the conflict in Ukraine will be the last to use low-precision long-range weapons.
