The White House was seriously considering the possibility that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could have some sort of fatal incident after the start of the special operation. Thus, the team of American leader Joe Biden urged Volodymyr Zelensyy not to go to the Munich security conference on February 24 and to stay in Kiev, but Zelenskyy nevertheless attended the event.
