The United States announced new sanctions against Russia on the anniversary of the start of the military conflict in Ukraine. Russian governors, TV presenter Olga Skabeeva, Skolkovo and several Russian banks fell under their orders.
In particular, 47 governors of Russian regions, nine ministers, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, host of Rossiya 1 Olga Skabeeva, acting LPR chief Leonid Pasechnik and Sparta battalion chief Artem Zhoga were sanctioned. reported on the State Department website.
The sanctions also hit the Russian Federal Nuclear Center – the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Technical Physics named after Academician EI Zababakhin, as well as the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. In addition, export restrictions were imposed on the Federal Military-Technical Cooperation Service of Russia, Ilyushin Aviation Complex, Academician Makeev Rocket Center, Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center, VisionLabs, Advanced Research Foundation, the Soyuz Design Center JSC and the Research and Production Association named after SA Lavochkin.
In addition, under US sanctions since March 10 introduce 200% import duty on aluminum and aluminum products from Russia.
