The Vladimir city prosecutor’s office demanded to block the hosting of YouTube videos in Russia. The corresponding lawsuit was filed with the city’s Leninsky District Court.
Details of the claim are not disclosed at this time. It is previously known that the supervisory authority asks to block only part of the information disseminated on the platform.
The date for review of the document is set for March 2.

Earlier, businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin wrote an appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to verify the activities of the YouTube platform and block it in Russia. To date, the platform continues to operate. The entrepreneur himself commented on the situation in response to a request from the main regional publication.
