Attacked the taxi driver instead of paying for the fare

The night before Sunday was quite rough for police in the capital region, but three people spent the night in detention centres.
Station 3, which serves Breiðholti and Kópavogur, received a report that a passenger attacked a taxi driver and then left without paying the fare.
A man with a gas mask was agitated and threatening in Ward 104. The police were called because of a youth party in the same neighborhood and there was something like a fight and heat in the group. An assault was reported in District 103, but the victim was not seriously injured. Another assault was reported in District 101, one person injured, but not seriously.
A man in a different state killed everyone at a District 105 guesthouse. He threatened officers who came to the scene and is now in a police detention facility. A witness reported seeing a man throw a backpack under a car in the city center and drive away. The police went and found the backpack, which turned out to be full of alcohol.
