In St. Petersburg, a disabled man was not allowed to enter the spa, although he paid for the service, writes the channel TG Mash on the Moika.
A resident of the Pskov region, using a wheelchair, called the hotel in St. Petersburg and asked if he could check in and use the services. The staff said the man could come, after which they paid for accommodation for him and his family.
The man planned to swim in the hotel’s water area. However, the reception staff offered to go to the pool without a stroller and then refused service.

The guest of the hotel said that he was doing sports and in other swimming pools he was allowed to pass without any conditions.
