The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, said Russian State Duma deputies proposed to ban teenage subculture VK Redan.
“I also support this decision, because this nationalist movement develops aggression and breaks the psyche of children,” Mizulina said on the social network.
Mizulina noted that she “began to receive requests from citizens regarding the banning of Anime. To justify themselves, the requesters pointed out that this genre has a bad effect on children and affects their behavior.

Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported on the detention of more than 100 teenagers from Redan PMC in St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk. An eyewitness to the events in the Novosibirsk shopping center said that one of the teenagers wore a distinctive PMC sign on his clothes.
