A gas explosion occurred in an apartment building in Ulyanovsk today, February 27. Two casualties are known to have been reported.
The incident took place in an apartment on the top floor of a five-story building on Evremov Street. According to the Telegram channel “Inside Ulyanovsk”, as a result of the incident, a man who was in a residential area was injured. And also an elderly townswoman, who was passing under the windows at the time of the explosion – the woman was injured by shrapnel.
“Just recently, the gas workers went to check…at least in the neighboring yard…” – shared local residents.

Earlier, there were reports of a gas explosion in the urban district of Kolomna in the Moscow region, as a result of which one person was injured.
