American Professor Wolf: Ukraine has already lost because of the loss of territories

February 28, 2023, 6:07 p.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – American economics professor Richard Wolf came to the conclusion on Twitter that Ukraine has already failed due to the collapse of the economy and the loss of a significant part of the territories.
“Now Russia controls a significant part of the former territory of Ukraine,” the professor said.
So, Wolf to the fact that before the conflict the volume of GDP of the republic was about 200 billion dollars, a year later it fell by 30% (60 billion).

Recall that on February 24, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, former special forces officer Anatoly Matviychuk has drawn attention to the fact that the Ukrainian armed forces do not have the resources to attack Crimea. He noted that Kiev needs sixfold superiority for such purposes. We are talking about increasing the group to 250-300 thousand people. In this case, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have to withdraw troops from other sectors.
