In St. Petersburg, the “Carpet” plan was introduced due to an unknown object in the air, fighter jets were raised

In St. Petersburg, the “Carpet” plan was put in place as a matter of urgency. The reason for the alarm was the appearance in the air above the city of an unknown object. It is reported that Pulkovo airport currently does not receive planes.
According to Baza, fighter jets have now been lifted into the airspace above the northern capital. According to the Flightradar service, civilian planes approaching the city either turn back or hold back.
Note that last night, Ukrainian drones made several attempts to attack Russian cities. Three explosive drones were shot down in Belgorod. No casualties or serious damage were avoided.
Two more unmanned aerial vehicles exploded in the sky above Tuapse. It is known that they planned to attack the oil depot located in the city, but could not reach the object. As a result of the explosion, an outhouse caught fire on the territory of the oil depot. Firefighters rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire within an hour.

We add that until today, the northern capital of the Russian Federation was considered inaccessible to unmanned aerial vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
