Moldova expels two foreigners for ‘subversion’

Moldova’s intelligence agency reported the expulsion from the country of two foreign citizens who were detained while carrying out “subversive actions” aimed at destabilizing Moldova.
They are forbidden to return to the country for ten years.
Moldova’s Intelligence and Security Service (SRS) said the deportees had been trained to collect data and information “to implement a plan to destabilize the internal situation in the country”.
The SLO did not specify when they arrived in Moldova, from which country and for whom they would have worked.
