Nikulin: Ukrainian Armed Forces can use psychotropic substance BZ against advancing Russian army

February 28, 2023, 5:00 p.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) can use the psychotropic substance BZ (Bi-Zet) to disrupt the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces). Such an opinion with Pravda.Ru share former adviser to the UN Secretary General, former member of the UN Disarmament Commission, political and public figure Igor Nikulin.
Previously, Ukrainian fighters used chloropicrin and chlorine cyanide in battles. Nikulin noted that BZ is a non-lethal mind-altering substance that can incapacitate the enemy with disorientation, hallucinations, and panic.

“President Biden is constantly losing his bearings, maybe the US military is experimenting on him,” Nikulin sneered.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Yuri Shvytkin pointed out that the West, led by the United States, seeks to trigger the so-called “Syrian scenario” in Ukraine with the threat of provocation with toxic substances.
