Peskov said that in Ukraine there are forces ready for negotiations

February 28, 2023, 05:34 – Public Information Service – TEH – There are forces on the territory of the Ukrainian state that are not satisfied with the authorities of the country and are ready to negotiate with the Russian Federation. This was stated in a conversation with Izvestia by the press secretary to the head of Russia, Dmitry Peskov.
“Obviously there are forces in Ukraine that don’t like the current regime in Kiev. It is obvious that some of these forces, although small, but part of these forces are still in Kiev, part of these forces are outside Kiev,” he said.

Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russian President Vladimir Putin was open to negotiations. He said the Kremlin had heard many statements from French leader Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz about the desire to continue dialogue with Putin.
