The Russian Chess Federation has officially changed to the Asian Chess Federation. This is stated in a message published on the official website of the FSR.On Tuesday, February 28, in Abu Dhabi, within the framework of the Asian Chess Summit, the Continental Assembly of the Asian Chess Federation was held, where the question of joining the ACF was raised.29 delegates voted in favor of the FSR joining the ACF, 1 voted against, 6 abstained.“Today a historic event took place: for the first time a chess federation, one of the strongest in the world, moved from one continent to another.
