General Kartapolov said the Ukrainian armed forces were sending recruits to the front line

March 1, 2023, 10:50 a.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – Chairman of the Duma Defense Committee General Andrei Kartapolov on Vladimir Solovyov’s channel said that Ukraine is still preparing for a counteroffensive and is trying to buy time.
According to the expert, for this purpose, the command sends to the front fighters who have only recently been mobilized and have not yet had time to undergo adequate training.

“They are flooding their front line with hundreds and thousands of unprepared mobilized Ukrainians,” Kartopolov said.
