Only the leader who has a clear plan to resolve the situation can find a way out of the current global crisis.
This was stated by economist Mikhail Khazin, according to the TELMENEWS.RU news agency.
In an interview with the Tsargrad TV channel, the expert said that the current leaders of the United States and China certainly do not have such a plan. At the same time, as the expert noted, so far only one leader on the planet has it – Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to him, during his speech to senators and deputies of the State Duma, the head of state gave a clear signal that he has an alternative model for the development of the whole world, which takes into account the interests of all participants in the civilizational process.
Putin’s plan therefore involves taking into account the opinions of all the centers of power on the planet. Neither Biden nor Xi Jinping have such a plan, Khazin noted. This favorably distinguishes Putin from his colleagues and preserves Russia’s status as a modern great power.
