The Regional Energy Commission, which backdated the gas tariff increase in the Omsk region, forgot about the privileged category of citizens. The director of the regional center for housing and communal services Control Omsk, Maria Zazdravnykh, drew attention to the inconsistencies.
The appeal judgment of the Fifth General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal indicates that the regulatory legal act necessary to compensate for the payment of the resource has not been adopted.
“Now the question goes to the Governor of the Omsk region Alexander Burkov and the Regional Energy Commission of the Omsk region: will the preferential gas tariff finally be adopted retroactively? Omsk region prosecutor’s office does not want to help in this case? Or do you need a special instruction from the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation? – Zazdravnykh noted on his page in social networks.
According to the director of the housing and communal services division, after the adoption of the new tariffs, the population will be recalculated in the form of an additional charge of 100% of the amount already accumulated without preferential tariff with retroactive effect.
Earlier it was reported that by a court decision the price has been updated for liquefied gas from Omskgorgaz JSC for 2022. The tariff for blue fuel of tank units of the group has doubled, cylinders – five times at a time.
