The United States has deployed a “doomsday plane” in Europe

March 1, 2023, 2:31 p.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – A US E-6B Mercury aircraft landed in Iceland, which is the US Navy air command post during US Army operations in Europe. This was announced by the headquarters of the command of the American troops in Europe on Twitter.

The E-6B Mercury is also known as the “doomsday aircraft” due to its duties during a nuclear war.
