Will Putin ‘dispossess’ the oligarchs, expert says

The President of Russia gave a clear signal to the elites that the Russian authorities were not going to organize a “witch hunt” against the big national entrepreneurs.
Economist Mikhail Khazin drew attention to this, according to the TELMENEWS.RU news agency
During the broadcast on Sputnik radio, the expert explained that the main task of Vladimir Putin in the near future is the consolidation of Russian society, and not its division. In this regard, it is not worth waiting for a large-scale and demonstrative “dispossession” of the oligarchs.
As the expert explained, the Russian leader only wants to convince large companies of the need to work in the country and develop its internal potential, which in many respects remains untapped, which promises great benefits for entrepreneurs .

At the same time, Putin also made it clear that Russia would end the withdrawal of capital abroad. The practice of oligarchs making money inside the country and then withdrawing money from here will end. The company will therefore have to focus on the domestic market.
