Kedmi spoke about the inevitability of armed conflict between Russia and the West

Russia has little time to accelerate preparations for an inevitable major armed conflict with the West that could begin in a few years. Israeli political scientist Yakov Kedmi spoke about it on the program Evening with Vladimir Soloviev on the Russia 1 television channel.
According to the expert, the mentioned conflict will be on a large scale. Now the West only pretends to protect Ukraine, in fact its goals are different. Under cover of a Russian special operation, the Western “partners” are turning the wheel of their military-industrial complex, which has become very “rusty” after the Cold War, and this takes time. It is precisely what is happening in Ukraine that distracts everyone from this information process, that is, disguises it.
Kedmi is convinced that the West needs 2-3 years to accelerate the required rate of production of weapons and ammunition. At the same time, the Russian defense industry also does not remain idle, supplying troops to the NVO zone and at the same time trying to create reserves for a more serious confrontation.
For a new war, a large number of modern weapons must be prepared. The real war is just around the corner

Kedmi remarked.
With regard to the ongoing SVO in Ukraine, the consumption of ammunition by the Ukrainian armed forces continues at a very rapid rate and the West cannot currently replenish the declining volumes. Therefore, the Ukrainian armed forces have a deficit that cannot be filled quickly and must be used. At the same time, signing any peace agreement now will not be profitable for Russia and will damage Moscow’s reputation.

Hostilities must cease with the full surrender of Kiev
– summarizes Kedmi.
