Musicians from three countries of the world will perform at the Triumph of Jazz festival in Moscow

TAC | Prokofiev VyacheslavThe international festival “Jazz Triumph” will be held in Moscow, Tula and St. Petersburg with the participation of musicians from Turkey, Indonesia and Thailand.Saxophonist Igor Butman became the event’s leader. At the International House of Music in Moscow, his jazz orchestra will perform with singer Khibla Gerzmava, as well as a new program dedicated to the late American pianist Nina Simone.”It’s a big job every time to put on a festival and do all of that, and show our music to jazz fans, to feature interesting performers,” Butman reportedly said. “Central Information Service” .In addition, the Triumph of Jazz will welcome musicians from three countries of the world: Turkey, Indonesia and Thailand. At the festival, foreign artists will perform with their repertoire.The event will be held in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tula from March 10 to 14, 2023. Composer Dmitry Malikov will also present his project at the festival.
